Rent is £400 per month with a £400 deposit required upfront. All utilities and bills are covered in the £400. The flat has a kitchen with a small table and chairs and bathroom (newly refurbished). It is on two floors with kitchen, bathroom and hallway on first floor and both bedrooms on the second floor. The flat is above a community café (a café for a group of needy local individuals) but this only operates Monday to Saturday 10.30 to 2.30 with staff being present slightly longer to clean down before and after hours. There is an office located in the flat which is currently used to store charity Greatbritainlisted goods and will be used sometimes as an office, for a member of charity staff to undertake fundraising phone calls from. The entrance to the flat is through a gate at the back of the council carpark (behind The Ship pub/opticians etc. The entrance is then through a small courtyard which is used by charity patrons and service users during opening hours but you can use it as an entrance/exit to the flat whenever needed.
